Once you have decided to launch a partnership campaign, you can follow the step-by step instructions to configure your campaign parameters.
Click into Settings from the Campaign Setup page
2. Select your Campaign Objective:
Leads - optimizes your campaign for clicks. Best for driving traffic and top-of-funnel engagement
Sales (recommended) - optimizes your campaign for purchases. Best for driving direct conversions
Your conversion event is automatically set based on your objective -- clicks for Leads campaigns and purchases for Sales campaigns.
3. Set your Campaign Budget:
Configure your campaign budget with the following options:
Budget Amount - enter your desired spend amount
Schedule - choose how your budget is applied:
Daily Budget (recommended) -- sets a maximum amount to spend each day, best for maximizing scale and maintaining consistent spend
Lifetime Budget -- sets a total budget for the duration of the campaign
Launch Date - select when you want your campaign to go live
Bid Strategy - choose how Meta optimizes your spend:
Lowest Cost -- Meta automatically finds the most efficient delivery within your budget, optimizing for the lowest cost per result.
Min ROAS -- sets a minimum return on ad spend threshold, telling Meta to only deliver ads when it can meet that target.

4. Set your Audience Targeting:
For partnership campaigns, Wayward AI Optimized Targeting is automatically applied.
This uses Wayward's proprietary audience data built from real publisher and shopping behavior across the Wayward network, so your campaigns start with a warm, high-intent audience from day one.
5. Launch your Campaign:
Review your campaign parameters
Click Launch Campaign
