Wayward Connect Platform Migration

Written by Wayward

We recently migrated to a new version of our platform to provide a faster, more reliable experience with improved features. As we continue to stabilize everything post migration, you may experience some intermittent issues over the next week.

To help put your mind at ease, we've answered some of the most common questions below.

Where can I check that my Creator Connections integration is connected?

This feature will be available soon! Just like before, you'll be able to connect your Amazon Creator Connections account within Wayward and view which seller accounts are currently connected. We'll let you know as soon as it's available.

Where do I search for creators now?

You'll now find Creator Search under the Partnerships section.

The same great creator network is still available—it's just in a new location. As we continue stabilizing the platform following our migration, you may notice that not all creators or previous features are visible yet. Our team is actively working to restore everything as quickly as possible.

I can't log in. How do I regain access?

If you're unable to log in, please email us at brands@wayward.com, and our team will be happy to help you regain access as quickly as possible.

Where do I sync a new Amazon Ads or Walmart account?

To connect a new Amazon account:

  1. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner of the navigation menu.

  2. Select Amazon.

  3. Scroll down and click Add Another Amazon Login.

Support for connecting additional accounts will continue to improve as we complete the post-migration rollout.

My data is missing. Where did it go?

Don't worry—your data hasn't been lost. All of your historical and current data is safe.

As part of our platform migration, we're currently restoring visibility to historical reporting. This process is underway, and your data will become available again soon.

Once it's restored, you'll find your reports in the Attribution Performance section of the left-hand menu, where you'll be be able to access both historical and current performance data.

To make navigation easier, your reporting will be organized into two sections:

  • Pre-August 2026 — Data collected before the platform migration.

  • Post-August 2026 — Data collected after the migration.

Thank you for your patience while we complete these final migration updates.
