The next screen will as you to enter your Username or email. If you cannot remember your Username or do not have an email associated with your account, you will need to contact customer service.
Once submitted, an email will be sent from no-reply@wcsti.com that will contain a Reset Password link. This password reset is only valid for the next 10 minutes. If you do not receive the password reset email, it is possible that we do not have the email entered associated with an account or it is associated with multiple accounts.
