How to claim your refund and/or any money due to you back?

How refunds work and how you can claim your money back

Written by NUCO Travel

If you've already paid for your trip in full and then make changes to your booking before your payment deadline (such as removing an option), you may be due a refund. If this happens, your balance will show as a negative amount, which means money is owed back to you.

In most cases, you can claim this refund at the same time as any damage deposit refund after your trip.

Within 14 days of returning home, we'll email you with instructions on how to request your refund. If you don't receive this email, you can still submit your bank details by logging into your NUCO account, selecting your initials in the top right-hand corner, choosing Edit Profile, and scrolling down to the Bank Details section.

If you're using an Irish or international bank account, please complete the International Banking section, including your IBAN, BIC/SWIFT code, bank name, and bank address.

If you're due a refund before your trip, we may be able to process this without waiting until after you return. Simply ask to speak to a member of the team and we'll be happy to help.

Once your refund has been processed, the bank details you've provided will be securely deleted from our system.

Once your refund has been processed, it typically takes:

  • 7–14 working days for UK bank accounts.

  • 10–14 working days for Irish and international bank accounts.

These times include both our processing time and the time it takes for your bank to credit the funds to your nominated account.

Refund timelines exclude weekends and bank holidays.
