It is a condition of your booking that you have appropriate travel insurance in place.
There are various types of insurance that you can purchase:
Travel Insurance with Winter Sports Cover - This is a type of insurance that covers your medical expenses and/or your repatriation costs (there may still be an excess to pay) - you must have this level of cover in order to travel with us.
Carre Neige - This is a type of insurance product that covers your mountain rescue fees (there may still be an excess to pay). This is purchased directly from the lift pass office in resort.
Lift Pass Insurance - Some resorts (like Pas de la Casa) offer this insurance to protect your lift pass in case you lose this, others charge a small fee for replacement, you should always have a photo of your lift pass serial number, and a copy of the receipt, if provided (there may still be an excess or fee to pay).
Equipment Rental Shop Insurance - This protects your equipment for theft and damage and reduces the amount that you need to pay the shop for returning damaged equipment or losing their equipment (there may still be a fee to pay, albeit lower). This can be purchased directly from the rental shop in resort.
