There may be a couple of reasons why the trip or event may not be available, either this is not live for you to book, it has sold out, or it is not open to the general public just yet and you require an early booking or promotional code to book a place. 

If you require an early booking or promotional code, your group leader or committee will be distributing these codes. There may only be a few of these available which could mean you have to wait until the booking is open to everyone.
