Gamification Manual for WeDo App Coaches

Welcome to Gamification on WeDo App

As a WeDo coach, we want to reward your transformational efforts with a Gamification system designed to motivate you to achieve goals and engage in friendly competition with other coaches. Your performance will be reflected on our Coaches Leaderboard, which updates in real-time, so you always know your position.

Remember: Points have no monetary value and do not offer discounts, but they serve as a way to acknowledge your dedication and impact on the community. Compete, earn points, and become the top WeDo coach!

How Points Work

General Tasks

  1. Purchase all challenges in a month: +5 points
    If you purchase all challenges in a given month, you’ll earn a 5-point bonus. Show your full commitment!

  2. Coach in your line buys a challenge: +4 points
    If a coach you’ve sponsored in the WeDo App buys their first challenge, you’ll receive 4 points. This does not apply if the coach has already participated in a challenge before.

  3. Get 5 coaches in a month: +20 points
    If you sponsor 5 coaches who have never participated in the WeDo App before, and they buy their first challenge, you’ll earn a 20-point bonus.

  4. Invite 8 challengers who upload photos and initial videos: +10 points
    If you invite 8 or more new challengers who upload their initial photos for a challenge, you’ll receive a 10-point bonus.

Coach Challenge Tasks

  1. Complete the Coach Challenge: +4 points
    Successfully complete the Coach Challenge by uploading your initial and final photos and videos to earn 4 points.

  2. Win the Coach Challenge: +10 points
    If you win the Coach Challenge, you’ll earn a 10-point bonus as recognition for your dedication and effort.

Regional Challenges (Latam, US, Africa, India)

  1. New challenger with photos and initial video: +2 points
    For every new challenger in WeDo and you upload their initial photos, you’ll earn 2 points.

  2. Challenger with initial and final photos and videos: +2 points
    If a new challenger is invited by you and you upload both initial and final photos and videos, you’ll receive an additional 2 points.

  3. Challenger wins a challenge: +10 points
    Each time a challenger you registered wins a challenge, you’ll earn a 10-point bonus.

  4. Complete all 3 voting rounds: +1 point
    Participate in all three voting rounds for a challenge to earn 1 extra point.

Achievement Badges

In addition to points, you can unlock exclusive badges by meeting specific goals. These badges highlight your dedication and consistency as a coach:

Challenge Participation

  • 1 Year Challenge Registrations: Participate in 12 or more challenges.

  • 3 Years Challenge Registrations: Participate in 36 or more challenges.

  • 5 Years Challenge Registrations: Participate in 60 or more challenges.

New Challengers

  • 50 New Challengers: Register 50 challengers who upload initial photos.

  • 100 New Challengers: Register 100 challengers who upload initial photos.

  • 200 New Challengers: Register 200 challengers who upload initial photos.
    ​Only applies to new challengers who have never participated in a challenge before.

New Sponsored Coaches

  • 10 New Coaches: Sponsor 10 coaches who purchase at least one challenge.

  • 25 New Coaches: Sponsor 25 coaches who purchase at least one challenge.

  • 100 New Coaches: Sponsor 100 coaches who purchase at least one challenge.
    ​Only counts for the coach’s first challenge purchase.

Winning Challengers

  • 1 New Challenger Winner: A challenger you sponsor wins a challenge.

  • 5 New Challenger Winners: 5 challengers you sponsor win challenges.

  • 10 New Challenger Winners: 10 challengers you sponsor win challenges.

Leaderboard: Real-Time Results!

Your progress is reflected instantly on the Coaches Leaderboard, updated in real-time. There are two modes:

  1. Monthly Leaderboard: Displays points accumulated during the current month.

  2. Historical Leaderboard: Displays the total points you’ve accumulated since you began.

Participate and Become the Best WeDo Coach!

The gamification system is designed to make your journey enjoyable, keep you motivated, and showcase your impact on the community. Earn points, unlock badges, and climb the ranks. We’re excited to see how far you can go!

You can wins more points like this:

Earn 2 points for each new challenger when their initial photos and video are uploaded.

Earn 2 points for each new challenger when their final photos and video are uploaded.

Earn 10 points for each challenger who wins a challenge.

Earn 1 point if you complete all 3 voting rounds.

Earn 4 points if you or your business partner complete the Coaches Challenge (uploading initial and final photos and video).

Earn 10 points if you or your business partner win the Coaches Challenge.

Earn 5 points if you purchase all the challenges for the month.

Earn 4 points for each challenger converted into a coach or new sponsored coach who purchases this month's challenge.

Earn an extra bonus of 20 points if you sponsor 5 new coaches who purchase this month's challenge.

Earn 10 points if you invite 8 new challengers to a challenge and upload their initial photos and videos.
