Coaches can use the Wellness Profile to send invitations and to view and manage evaluations submitted by their prospects and challengers.

Log in using your coach credentials.
On the Home Page, go to the Wellness Profile section.
You’ll see evaluations completed by your prospects and challengers—specifically those submitted through your invitation.

1. Is it necessary to check the Wellness Profile for every challenger?
No, it’s not required. You can choose whether or not to use the Wellness Profile for each challenger.
However, using it can be a great way to attract prospects and grow your business by inviting them to fill it out as an introduction to your coaching.
2. Do I have to join a challenge to invite prospects?
Yes, you must be part of a challenge to start inviting prospects.
This feature was specifically designed to help coaches grow their business through active challenges.
3. Can prospects complete the Wellness Profile without registering in the WeDo App?
No, they must first register as challengers in the WeDo App before they can complete the Wellness Profile.
4. Is there a maximum number of Wellness Profile invites I can send?
Yes, you can send up to 2 invites to prospects who are not yet registered in the WeDo App.
There is no limit on invites for users who are already registered.
5. Can I delete a Wellness Profile I’ve already uploaded?
No, once a profile is uploaded, it cannot be deleted.
To update any information, you’ll need to create a new profile with the revised data.
6. How can I create my Wellness Profile?
If you’re a coach: Go to the Wellness Profile section and select “Create a new one.”
If you’re a challenger: You must be invited by your coach to join a challenge. Once invited, you'll be able to create your profile.
