  1. How much is the registration fee as a coach for the challenge?

    We offer multiple challenge regions:

    • Global access for all challenges: $40

    • US, UK, Canada & PR: $35

    • LATAM: $15

    • India: $12

    • Africa: $12

  2. Who should pay the registration fee as a coach?

    All distributors who wish to participate in the challenge must pay the registration fee. No exceptions.

  3. Who can be challengers?

    Only regular customers, club customers, and preferred customers can compete for the prizes in the challenge. Distributors and their spouses cannot be challengers. However, distributors' children and other relatives can be. The challenger must be of legal age.

  4. Who can I register as a challenger?

    All your regular customers, club consumers, and preferred customers. If the customers belong to a distributor or supervisor in your organization, they must register as coaches for them to be challengers. If a challenger wins and their distributor or supervisor who sells the products is not a registered coach in the challenge, the prize will not be awarded.

  5. In which country can challengers reside?

    In any country where personal transformation challenges are legal.

  6. As a coach of Wedo Latin America, can I register challengers from the USA?

    No, challengers residing in the USA and Canada cannot participate in the Latin America Challenge. To register challengers from the USA, you must also register as a coach in the Wedo USA challenge.

  7. Can I register a participant in the challenge before they pay their registration fee or purchase the products?

    No!! The strategy is as follows: We do not sell the products upfront; we sell the challenge. We sell the challenge with all its benefits, one of which is that it includes the best supplementation (our products). So the process is as follows: Promote and sell the challenge - The customer pays - Then we register them.

  8. In my country, the preferred customer figure does not exist. When signing up a customer for a discount, if they purchase the kit that includes the shake (which has no volume points) and then buy another shake at 25%, would the kit plus another shake at 25% be valid for entering the challenge?

    The distributor membership does not count for challenge registration. After acquiring their membership, they must accumulate the equivalent in volume points of 2 F1 Shakes in their country in one or several orders.

  9. If I didn't manage to register as a coach in the challenge, can my customers join with another coach from my upline?

    No, your direct customers cannot participate in the challenge if registered by another distributor. A coach cannot register challengers who are customers of another distributor.

  10. I have a distributor who does not do the business, can I register them as a challenger?

    In countries where the preferred customer figure EXISTS: No, only customers, club consumers, and preferred customers can be challengers and compete for prizes. But you can encourage them to register as a coach, participate in the challenge dynamics, and renew their results. They must understand that they cannot compete for the prize. In countries where the preferred customer figure does NOT EXIST: Yes, as long as they meet the requirement of not having distributors in their organization and not registering as a coach in the challenge. They must be in your first line.

  11. What are the eligibility requirements for challengers to participate in the challenge?

    Challengers must be of legal age. They must have paid the registration fee to their coach (see question #4). ** In countries where the preferred customer or associate figure does not exist, distributors who do not develop the business can accumulate the equivalent in volume points of 2 F1 Shakes in their country in several product orders, i.e., the challenge registration is the same as for preferred customers. If they win, additional conditions apply.

  12. Can a customer who was a distributor many years ago and is not currently active in the system register for the challenge?

    If they are not active, it means they are no longer a distributor and can therefore participate as a challenger.

  13. From when are my challengers' orders valid to participate in the challenge?

    The challengers' orders are valid from the moment the coach paid their registration. If a challenger wins and the order date is before the coach's registration date in the challenge, unfortunately, the prize will not be paid. You must first register as a coach and then start selling the challenge.

  14. If my challenger completes the minimum registration requirement in two orders, is it valid, for example, 2 orders with one F1 each?

    Yes! Challengers' registration can be accumulated over several orders, as long as they meet the minimum requirement and are within a valid date.

  15. If a preferred customer buys the equivalent of 4 or more F1 shakes with their ID, can two family members participate?

    Yes. In the case of a single order, it must include the minimum required for each participant. Example: If three (3) members of the preferred customer's family want to participate, the order must include the equivalent in volume points of six (6) Formula 1 shakes.

  16. I have a preferred customer who does not want to participate in the challenge, but their spouse wants to register as a challenger. If they place an order with the minimum equivalent volume points of 2 F1 shakes, would it be valid even if the ID holder does not participate?

    Yes, the spouse or legal partner can participate as a challenger since the preferred customer's ID covers both. Other family members (parents and children) can also participate with the preferred customer's order.

  17. If a couple develops the Herbalife business, can both register as coaches in the challenge by paying one (1) registration?

    Yes, to share the app user with your partner, just register them as your legal partner.

  18. If a couple shares the Herbalife ID to do the business, can both join the challenge's Telegram channels?

    Yes, of course, the coach registration covers the partner or legal partner of the Herbalife ID.

  19. If a distributor wants to participate in the challenge and switches to Preferred Customer (where available), can they do so?

    Yes. The important thing is that when registering as a challenger, they are already a Preferred Customer.

  20. I have a preferred customer referred by another preferred customer. Can the latter participate in the challenge?

    Yes, all your preferred customers for whom you are the first upline distributor can be challengers once you register as a coach.

  21. If my customer becomes a distributor during the challenge, what happens if they win?

    No problem. The important thing is that when they registered as a challenger, they were a customer and not a distributor. One of the challenge's workflow objectives is to recruit new distributors.

  22. I have people interested in muscle gain and definition. Can they be challengers? Absolutely! It's a personal transformation challenge open to anyone who wants to build a better version of themselves.

  23. If a preferred customer buys more than 250 volume points, can the same order be used to register for multiple challenges?

    In that case, the coach should have chosen the option to pay for three (3) consecutive challenges at once. Therefore, the preferred customer needs to accumulate a minimum of six (6) Formula 1 shakes for all three months of participation.

  24. I have an interested person who will be a customer of one of my first-line distributors. Can I register them as a challenger and have my first-line distributor as their coach?

    No. The only way to register this customer is for your first-line distributor to register as a coach. Only direct customers of the coach can be challengers.

  25. My challenger uses Formula 1 and Formula 1 Express Bars. Do the bars count towards the registration?

    No, they don't. The minimum requirement for registration must be met by Formula 1 Shakes. Other products can support their supplementation and transformation but do not count towards the minimum challenge registration requirement.

  26. If my challenger uses SKIN and not Formula 1, can they participate in the challenge?

    To participate, the challenger must meet the minimum registration requirement with Formula 1. However, SKIN products can support their transformation in a complementary way.

  27. If my challenger does not want to consume Formula 1 but prefers other products like tea, shakes, etc., can they participate in the challenge?

    The minimum requirement must be met by Formula 1 Shakes. They can complement their supplementation with other products.

  28. If a customer makes a purchase and then wants to return the products for a refund, will they be excluded from the challenge?

    Yes, in that case, the registration fee must be refunded to the customer, and they must be removed from the challenge.

  29. My challenger wants to change their coach after the challenge starts. Is that possible?

    No. Once the challenge starts, challengers cannot change their coach.

  30. If my challenger is using products from another company, can they still participate?

    Yes, but you should encourage them to try Herbalife products as part of their transformation journey.

  31. My challenger is pregnant. Can she participate in the challenge?

    Yes, but she should consult with her healthcare provider before starting any new supplementation or fitness program.

  32. Can my challenger have surgery during the challenge?

    Yes, but they must inform the coach and provide medical clearance.

  33. My challenger has a health condition. Can they participate?

    Yes, but they should consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new supplementation or fitness program.

  34. Can I register my customer if they are taking medication?

    Yes, but they should consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new supplementation or fitness program.

  35. If my challenger doesn't have a smartphone, can they still participate in the challenge?

    Yes, they can use a computer or tablet to access the app and participate in the challenge.

  36. Can I have a customer who is a minor and register them for the challenge?

    No, challengers must be of legal age.

  37. My challenger has a disability. Can they participate in the challenge?

    Yes, the challenge is open to everyone. Adaptations can be made to the workouts to accommodate their needs.

  38. Can a coach participate as a challenger in their own challenge?

    No, coaches cannot participate as challengers in their own challenge.

  39. My challenger is vegan. Can they participate in the challenge?

    Yes, they can use the vegan Formula 1 shakes and other suitable products.

  40. My challenger is allergic to soy. Can they participate in the challenge?

    Yes, they can use the soy-free Formula 1 shakes and other suitable products.

  41. My challenger wants to participate but can't afford the products. What should I do?

    You can offer them options to accumulate the registration fee over several orders or suggest they save up for the next challenge.

  42. If a customer buys products on a different account (e.g., their spouse's account), does it count towards their registration?

    No, the orders must be placed using the challenger's account.

  43. Can my challenger use products from the Herbalife24 line?

    Yes, but they must meet the minimum registration requirement with Formula 1 Shakes.

  44. If my challenger is using weight management products but not Formula 1, can they participate?

    No, the minimum requirement must be met with Formula 1 Shakes.

  45. If I win one of my challenges, whom should I contact to claim the prize?

    You should contact the support team of the challenge via WhatsApp at +58 424 5506649 and send the necessary requirements to make the prize payment effective.

  46. What are the steps to invite a challenger in the app?

    1. The coach logs into the app.

    2. Click on the Challenges in Progress card.

    3. Click on the Invite Challengers button.

    4. The coach enters the challenger’s email address. If the challenger has not previously registered in the app, a message will appear: Email not registered yet.

    5. Click on the Invite button.

    6. Answer the question: Do you want to invite this user to this month’s challenge? If yes, click: Yes, invite.

    7. The invitation is automatically sent to the challenger’s email (until the challenger accepts, it will appear as Pending).

    8. The challenger goes to their email inbox and downloads the app.

    9. The challenger logs into the app and completes the required information.

    10. Upon entering the home screen, they will have a notification for the challenge invitation. Click the Join button.

    11. The challenger accepts the participation agreement.

    12. The process of inviting a challenger to participate in the challenge is now complete.

  47. How can I verify if a challenger is registered in the challenge?

    To verify that a challenger has completed the registration process, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Challenges in Progress card.

    2. Go to the My Challengers section.

    3. In the Active tab, you can see the list of challengers who accepted the invitation.

    4. In the Pending tab, you can view the status of the invitations you have sent.

  48. If my challenger does not join the Telegram channel, can they still participate in the challenge?

    Of course. We encourage participation for the benefits, but it’s their decision. Remember, there is an option to mute notifications and check them when desired.

  49. Until when do coaches and challengers enrolled in a challenge have access to the resources available in the app?

    Both coaches and challengers have access to the resources of a challenge until the third voting round closes. For example, if a coach enrolled in the March challenge and the third voting round closed on Friday, March 29, they will have access to that specific challenge’s content until that day.

  50. How do the Telegram channels for coaches and challengers work?

    The challenge’s Telegram channels operate as follows:

    1. Only administrators can initiate discussions and post messages in the main channel.

    2. Within each discussion, branches are created with additional information from administrators and messages from all channel members.

    3. This organization ensures the communication channel is more efficient and information is well-organized. Ensure that when sending a message, it is posted in the appropriate discussion or branch.

    4. Both channels (coaches and challengers) include a default chat.

    In this chat, all members can send messages, which are not organized within any branch unless sent through the channel.

    This chat following the channel can be overwhelming, especially for our challengers. Hence, the recommendation is to remain in the channel only.

    Remember, Telegram allows muting the channel, which is a good recommendation for some challengers who prefer to review information and participate according to their schedule.

    We want our challengers to be the stars and the most active in the channel. Therefore, coaches should use common sense to avoid sending unnecessary messages.

  51. What is the process to convert a challenger into a coach in the app?

    The process to convert a challenger to a coach can be done in two ways:

    The challenger has not participated in any challenge and has no pending invitation or is a coach who mistakenly selected that they are a challenger:

    • The user should log into the app and click on Are you a Coach?

    • Select the Coach option and click the Continue button.

    • Confirm they are a Herbalife distributor by clicking: Yes, I am a Distributor.

    • Enter the Coach’s information: name, country, phone number, Herbalife ID, Position, Sponsor, contact method, legal partner.

    • Click the Continue button.

    • The conversion process is complete. Now they should enroll in one of the active challenges and start looking for challengers.

      The challenger is already participating in a challenge and wants to become a coach:

    • The challenger’s coach should go to the menu icon and click on the option: Challenger to Coach.

    • Enter the challenger’s registered email and click the magnifying glass icon.

    • The challenger’s details to be converted to a coach will be displayed.

    • Click the Convert to Coach button.

    • The challenger will receive a notification indicating that the coach invited them to become a coach.

    • Upon logging into the app, the challenger will have an active invitation.

    • The challenger should confirm they are an active Herbalife distributor by clicking: Yes, I am a Distributor.

    • Once the challenger accepts the invitation, the conversion process begins, and the session will automatically close.

    • The converted challenger should log in again and provide additional information such as Herbalife ID, Position, Sponsor. Click the Continue button.

    • The conversion process is complete. Now they should enroll in one of the active challenges and start looking for challengers.

  52. What to do if I cannot log into the app?

    We recommend clearing the app’s data and cache before contacting support and then trying to log in again. This solves most login problems.

    For Android:

    1. Go to device settings.

    2. Look for "Applications", then find the WeDo App.

    3. Go to storage.

    4. Clear the app’s cache and data.

    For iPhone:

    1. Go to phone settings.

    2. Enter "General".

    3. Go to iPhone storage.

    4. Scroll down to find the WeDo App.

    5. Click on delete the application to remove both the app and its data.

    Do not select uninstall the application, as this will only remove the app but keep all its data and cache.

  53. With whom can I share the WeDo App?

    In addition to your challengers, you can also share the WeDo App with your club clients, regular clients, and potential clients.

    For clients who are not challengers, it is recommended to give them the opportunity to be part of the community and explore all available resources. This will improve their engagement, activity, and retention with the aim of turning them into challengers and eventually coaches.

    As a coach, it’s important to remember not to upload photos and videos of any client who is not a challenger.

    The requirements to participate for the prize remain unchanged.

  54. Until what date are the purchase orders made by the challenger valid?

    If the challenger accumulates their registration across several purchase orders, they are valid from the coach’s registration date in the challenge until the challenge’s end date.
