How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the 'Plans' tab on the 'Billing' page of the settings menu. You can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Billing' page from the settings menu.
Step 2: From the 'Plans' tab, click 'Cancel Subscription.'
Once you cancel your account, you will not be billed again. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will have access to We-Connect until the day of your account renewal.
How To Delete Your We-Connect Account
If you have cancelled your subscription, you can delete your We-Connect account.
Note: once your account is deleted, you will lose all campaign information, saved lists, and messages.
Step 1: Navigate to the My Profile page of the settings menu.
From your We-Connect dashboard, go to the Settings menu. Click on My Profile.
Step 2: Click the Delete Account button.
