Documents available through Wealth.com

What documents are offered by Wealth.com?

Each of our best-in-class estate planning documents is legally valid in the U.S. jurisdiction for which it was designed, including Individual and Joint Revocable Trusts (i.e., Living Trusts), Last Wills & Testaments, Advance Health Care Directives, Financial Powers of Attorney, and Nominations of Guardianship.

When creating an estate plan, the primary documents include either two individual revocable trusts (if creating an estate plan with a spouse) or two individual last wills and testaments. We do not offer a Joint Last Will & Testament as a will is intended to be an individual estate planning document.

We provide a pour-over will in both the Individual and Joint Trust documents. In the Joint trust, we include a will for each spouse.

Additionally, you can elect to include the Advance Health Care Directive, and Financial Powers of Attorney for you and/or your spouse as well-these are commonly included with an estate plan. The Nomination of Guardianship is included within a Trust or Will document if you indicate you have children under the age of 18.

Alongside Trust documents, members have access to additional documents including Pour-Over Wills, General Assignments, Certificates of Trust, Schedules of Property, and Wealth’s proprietary Trust Owner’s Manual. Once your document is fully drafted, you can view these embedded within the PDF when you look at the entire Trust document.

Each of our documents includes signing instructions that are customized to the member’s document and state to make it easy to validate documents following state guidelines once drafting is complete.

Please note: Wealth.com does not currently offer a trust document for members in Louisiana.
