What is Wealth.com's Wealthbox Integration?

Wealth.com offers an integration with Wealthbox, a modern, intuitive CRM built for growing advisory firms. Our Wealthbox integration makes it easy for advisors to import clients from Wealthbox into Wealth.com, and view client's estate plan activity within the CRM they already use.

In this article, we’ll show you how you can leverage the Wealthbox integration for improved visibility into your estate planning activity, what data gets pulled, and how to set up your integration.

How You Can Use This Integration

Our Wealthbox integration enables advisors to do two things:

  1. Import clients from Wealthbox directly into Wealth.com without having to manually enter them one by one.

  2. See their client’s Wealth.com estate planning activity reflected in their Wealthbox profile. This streamlined visibility means when an advisor’s client makes an update to their estate plan in Wealth.com, the update is automatically reflected in both places, limiting the need to manually duplicate information so that you can focus on important tasks at hand. For example, advisors can see if a client has accepted their invitation to Wealth, or if a client has started a document, and more based on the data outlined above.

How to Import Clients from Wealthbox into Wealth.com

  1. Log into your Wealth.com account.

  2. Once in your dashboard, select the dropdown arrow next to Add Client.

  3. Choose the Add from Integration option.

  4. Select Wealthbox from the integrations list.

  5. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter your Wealthbox login credentials.

  6. Once confirmed, use the checkboxes to select which clients you wish to import.

  7. Voila! Client first name, last name, email, and household/spouse associations all get imported into your dashboard automatically. You're in control of whether a Wealth.com invite is sent to each client at the time of import.

Your initial import will update instantly in the platform. After that, data automatically refreshes every hour.

Note: At this time, client imports to not import client assets or financial data.
