What is Wealth.com’s mobile notary service?
Wealth.com uses Sign Here Ink, a nationwide mobile notary provider, so you can offer clients a white-glove signing experience without managing the logistics yourself.
How to Submit a Mobile Notary Request for Clients:
Once your client's documents are in status = Ready to Sign, select the client profile.
From the client profile, ensure you are on the Overview page. Under Created Document Status, select the three dots next to the document and choose Validation Services > Mobile Notary.
After you have submitted the request, Wealth.com's mobile notary provider, Sign Here Ink contacts whoever placed the order (you or your client) to assign a notary and schedule the appointment.
The notary meets the client at their chosen location, brings printed documents, and guides them through signing.
After the signing appointment, Sign Here Ink uploads caned copies of the notarized documents automatically to the client's Vault. The client will maintain the original documents provided during the appointment.
The notary Scanned copies are uploaded to the Vault for both of you; your client keeps the originals. This is done via integration, the notary does not have access the client's Vault.
You can watch a video here to see how it works.
Timing:
Scheduling the mobile notary appointment is based on client availability. Within the order submission workflow for the mobile notary request, you will have several options to choose from to schedule the signing:
When a specific date / time is selected, that's the appointment slot the notary sees and books against.
When either "I'll Schedule Later" or "ASAP" are chosen in the workflow, the notary assigned will be in contact to schedule the appointment with the client.
The signing appointment typically takes under 1 hour. When submitting a mobile notary request, clients or advisors can specify if the client requires any accommodations, such as accessibility needs or physical limitations.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing includes costs for witnesses and document printing:
$295 for two or more documents (e.g., Revocable Trust, 2 Advanced Health Care Directives, 2 Powers of Attorney).

If your client places the order, they can check "Include my advisor in these communications" to CC you automatically.
FAQS
Can the notary provide witnesses?
Yes, Sign Here Ink can provide witnesses if requested. When the order request is submitted, you can specify whether you would like the notary to include witnesses. Witnesses are not required to attend the full signing appointment to ensure privacy of the information discussed in the signing.
Please note that for same-day requests, the client may need to provide their own witness due to availability.
Will the notary bring copies of the document(s) to sign, or should the client have everything printed in advance?
When submitting the mobile notary order, you can select for the notary to bring printed documents of the requested estate planning documents. Documents will be printed on standard paper and secured using binder clips.
How far in advance do we need to schedule the mobile notary? Can it be the same day?
Sign Here Ink coordinates scheduling with the notary assigned, along with your client. Sign Here Ink also confirms the date, time, and location for both parties.
Sign Here Ink can try to accommodate same-day requests. If witnesses need to be provided by the mobile notary, Sign Here Ink typically requires at least 48 hours notice. Advisors or clients can request appointments over three months in advance if needed.
What identification does the client or witness need to provide?
Before the signing appointment, the assigned mobile notary will contact the client(s) to confirm they have the correct identification ready.
Both the client and witness will need to have a valid, government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, state-issued ID, passport, or military ID. Please ensure that the ID is current (not expired) and has a photo of your client so the notary can properly verify their identity.
Do Sign Here Ink mobile notaries cover all 50 states?
Yes.
What happens if my client needs to reschedule? Are we charged?
If the notarization is cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, Sign Here Ink can reschedule that appointment at no charge to you. For notarizations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, Sign Here Ink will charge a 50% fee of the service charge to the party who placed the order (either the advisor or client).
After my client gets their documents notarized, how soon after do I receive the document scanbacks?
You can typically expect digital scans of your client’s notarized documents within a few hours. When they are available in Wealth.com, you'll receive an email notification from Sign Here Ink and the document status will be reflected in your client's Vault.
How is the client's personal information protected during the process? Does the notary keep a copy of the client's documents?
Sign Here Ink and Wealth.com both value the importance of client privacy. Notaries are certified officers of the state, so the privacy of your clients and their estate planning documents is a critical part of their professional role and certification.
Before the notarization appointment:
Documents are sourced directly to our preferred notary provider, Sign Here Ink, via the Wealth.com portal. No third party software, no "middleman" processing your client's documents. These go directly to the trusted notaries at Sign Here Ink for appointment and notarization purposes only.
After the notarization appointment:
Notaries will digitally scan the documents and upload them into Wealth.com, for either the advisor or client to retrieve, while the original documents stay with the client.
Trust Funding
If a client requested a mobile notary for their estate planning documents, but also has a deed prepared that is ready to be notarized, do they need to make two appointments?
No! You or your client can select the Fund Your Trust option within the Validation Services menu to start a deed prep order. For more on our deed prep service, watch this video.
With deed prep, clients can also get their estate plans notarized via mobile notaries with this option.
