How to Submit a Mobile Notary Request

This article explains the workflow for a client to submit a mobile notary request.

We offer on-demand notaries who can meet with you at your preferred location, date, and time to validate your documents. Unlike traditional notaries at your local postal annex, our offering features a nationwide network of trust-certified notaries who are specialized in estate planning documents. This ensures you'll have an expert properly guiding you through your documents.

Our mobile notaries bring printed copies of your documents to the appointment, so there's no need to print your own. Even better, our notaries carry mobile scanners to scan your notarized documents so your advisor has digital copies same day, leaving the original documents with you for your records.

You can submit a request to have a mobile notary perform the validation process for your document. You will see this option available at the very end of the document creation workflow.

Of course, you are welcome to print you document yourself if your choose to bring them to the appointment.

How far in advance do we need to schedule the mobile notary? Can it be the same day?
