Understanding the "DRAFT" Label in Reports

Learn how to remove "DRAFT" labels from reporting slides by finalizing the corresponding Data Cards.

The "DRAFT" tag appears on report slides whenever the underlying Trust or Will Data Card generated by Ester is still in a temporary, unverified state.

This label serves as a safeguard to ensure you are only sharing finalized information with your clients.

How to remove the "DRAFT" label

Follow these steps to finalize the information:

  1. Navigate to the People & Entities page and select the specific Data Card for the Trust or Will.

  2. Review the fields that have been pre-filled by Ester for accuracy.

  3. Click Save.

The "DRAFT" label is removed automatically once you confirm the Data Card.

If you see multiple instances in the report with "DRAFT" appended, type "DRAFT" in the search bar to see a complete list of Data Cards that need review.
