A Closer Look at the Vault
The Vault is designed to keep your most important documents organized and accessible. To ensure nothing is overlooked, it is divided into the following categories:
Personal & Family: Identification, Family, and Contacts.
Financial: Assets, Taxes, and Work & Business.
Legal: Estate Planning and Miscellaneous.
The Role of the Review Panel
When working within the Document Center, the final "Review" step is the most critical. This is where the platform:
Saves all your recent changes.
Regenerates your PDF documents to include updated data.
Validates that no required information is missing (indicated by a red notification if an error is found).
Pro Tip: Use the Emergency Access feature in your Settings. This allows you to designate a "Successor" who can be granted access to your Vault in the event of an emergency, ensuring your family has the information they need when it matters most.

FAQ
Can I see the "Tax Planning" module my advisor uses?
No. The full Tax Planning suite is an advisor-only operational tool. Clients can view the results of tax planning via reports shared to their Vault , but the modeling environment is restricted to advisors.
How do I get access to the Estate Visualizer?
The Visualizer is unlocked upon the successful completion of your estate documents. If you have finished drafting but the Visualizer is still unavailable, please ensure all required data is finalized in the Review Panel.
The Review Panel is the final step in the document workflow; it is where your changes are saved and your PDF is generated. You can jump to this panel at any time using the left-hand navigation menu. If any required information is missing, a red notification box will appear at the top of the Review Summary. Simply click "Make Changes" to resolve these items, then return to the Review Panel to confirm the document is complete.
Is the Vault shared?
Yes. Documents uploaded by an advisor for a client (and vice versa) appear in the shared Vault, depending on the folder permissions set during the upload.
Collaborative Workflows: Remember that while you have your own view, your advisor can see the documents you upload to your Vault. This allows them to provide real-time feedback on your plan without you having to email sensitive files.
