How to Reset Your Password

How to Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or wish to update it, you can easily initiate a reset from the login page.

Eligibility: Password resets are only available to members who access their account using an email and password. If you use Single Sign-On (SSO), you will not receive a password reset email. Instead, you will want to return to the login page to access from Google to Apple (whichever you initially chose).

Step-by-Step Reset Instructions

The password reset process is securely managed via our authentication partner, Auth0. To begin:

  1. Initiate Request: Navigate to the Wealth.com Login Page and click the "Forgot Password" link.

  2. Check Your Email: You will receive an automated email from Wealth.com containing a secure reset link.

  3. Update Password: Click the link in the email to be directed to the secure Password Reset page.

  4. Confirm: Enter your new password and save your changes. You will then be able to log in with your new credentials.

Troubleshooting "Expired Link" Errors

For your security, password reset links are time-sensitive.

  • If your link has expired: Simply return to the login page and click "Forgot Password" again to trigger a fresh request.

  • Missing Email: If you do not see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folders.

FAQ

I am not receiving the password reset email
If you are using an email address and a password to access the account, it is likely a setting in the email inbox. You may need to add wealth.com to the safe sender's list or "whitelist" our site.

Please note: If you initially signed up using Google or Apple Single Sign-On (SSO), you do not have a password to reset, as one was never created. Selecting "Reset Password" will not trigger a password reset email for your account.

Instead, you will want to navigate to the login page (https://app.wealth.com/login) and select "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple," depending on the option you chose initially, to sign in and access your account.
