How to Print & Ship Documents for Clients

Guidance for how to request a print & ship order of documents on behalf of your clients.


Where to Request Wealth.com's Print & Ship Service​

For a flat fee of $49 per request, Wealth.com will ship your client’s documents in professional, branded folders.

How to Order:

  • Option 1: From the Management Dashboard, click the three dots (⋮) next to the client’s status on their profile and select Validation Services > Print & Ship.

  • Option 2: From within Client's Profile, on the Overview section, click the three dots (⋮) next to the desired document and select Print & Ship.

  • Timeline: Delivery takes 7–10 business days (U.S. addresses only).

  • Tracking: Clients receive an email notification with tracking details once processed.

Note: The client must be in the 'active' status, have the documents fully drafted (e.g. in ‘Ready to Sign’ status) to be available to print & ship. If printing for the client, documents must be in the ‘Ready to Sign’ or 'Signed' status.

How to Download & Print Locally

If you prefer to print documents yourself rather than using our fulfillment service:

  1. Navigate to the Management Dashboard and select the client’s profile.

  2. Click the client’s name or select View Details from the three-dot menu (⋮).

  3. In the Overview section of the left panel, locate Document Creation or Documents.

  4. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the specific document and select View PDF.

  5. Use the print icon in your browser (Chrome) or select Print from your computer's File menu (Safari/Other). Printing instructions are included on the first page of the PDF.

    1. The printing instructions will be on the first page, and the print icon will also appear at the top if using Chrome. It can also be located from your 'File' settings in your computer if using a different browser, such as Safari.

  • Note: The client must have the documents fully 'Signed' or 'Ready to Sign' to be able to generate the PDF to print

  • If unable to generate the PDF-then the client may still need to make updates for their PDF to be accessible.
