To ensure the security of your account, Web Control takes measures to prevent unauthorized logins to the system.
When three unsuccessful login attempts have been made, Web Control will lock you out of your account.
When locked out, you can use the Forgot password/locked out? functionality, have a Manager User in your dealership account unlock your account, or contact Web Control Support to get unlocked.
