When locked out of Web Control or if you’ve simply forgotten your password, click the Forgot password/locked out? link on the Web Control login page.  

Clicking this will generate a Retreive your password window.  

Input your Web Control User ID and Alternate E-mail address and click Send Password.

The Retrieve your password window will then confirm a temporary password has been sent to your alternate email address.

You will receive an email with the temporary password.

Navigate back to webcontrol.avv.com and log in using your Web Control User ID and the temporary password sent to you.

​Note: This temporary password is only valid for 24 hours.  It is advisable to log into Web Control with your temporary password immediately upon receipt. 

Once the temporary password has been entered, Web Control will prompt you to set a new password.  Type in your desired new password and confirm it.

Notes: Password must be at least eight characters in length.Passwords must contain at least one letter and one number.Passwords cannot contain your username.Passwords are case sensitive.This will be your new password for Web Control so it is advisable to notate this password for easy access in the future. 

 Clicking Submit will change your password and log you into Web Control.

​Note: Users under Manager Lockout will not be able to unlock their accounts in this manner.
