The Forgot User ID? function on the Web Control login screen allows you to get your Web Control username submitted to your alternate email address as well.  

Clicking Forgot User ID? generates a Retrieve your User ID window where you can input your alternate email address and click Send User ID.

An email will be sent to your alternate email address with your Web Control username.

Additionally, Admin Users in your dealership account will receive an email each time a User ID is requested.
