Web Control is broken down into pages to assist you in getting to what you need to do in the system.

Dashboard

The Web Control Dashboard provides you with live reporting information on your account - all in one place.

Using the Dashboard as the default landing page when logging into Web Control provides an overview of prospects needing a response, productivity and sales stats and an overview of scheduled activities.

Prospects

When you initially log into Web Control you will be taken to the Main Prospect screen. This will contain all of the prospects in your account.

Note: Showroom Managers may be defaulted to the Showroom page of Web Control.

The Prospects page will contain a listing of Prospects needing a response (Prospects with new leads and emails) in the Prospect Listing area to the middle.

Older prospects that do not have a recent email will be contained in the Status Folders to the left.

Showroom

Note: Showroom is an add-on product for dealerships with the Advanced Package of Web Control.  If your dealership does not have the Advanced Package of Web Control, you will not see the Showroom page.

For Manager Users, the Showroom page contains the dealership Desk Log.

For Standard Users, the Showroom page will contain a Desk Log of just the Prospects who have been In Dealership for that user.

Organizer

The Organizer contains your scheduled actions for the day.  This is where you complete your follow up activities.

Reports

The Reports page offers a suite of Prospect, Source and Salesperson-related reports.

Manager Users in Web Control can see all reports based on information for all users in the dealership account.

Standard Users would only have access to a limited number of reports based on the prospects in his or her account.

Note: Dealership Administrative Users can restrict who would have access to Reports.  If a Dealer Admin has turned off your ability to see reports, you would not have a Reports tab.

Inventory

The Inventory page would allow you to see information on the vehicles Web Control has pulled from your dealership's Inventory Management program.

Note:

  • Inventory is an add-on product to Web Control.  If your dealership does not have Inventory Management you will not see the Inventory tab

  • Dealership Adminstrative Users can restrict access to whom can view the Inventory page.  If your Dealership Administrator has excluded you from viewing Inventory, you will not see this tab.

Tools

The Tools page of Web Control contains functions you generally do not need to do on an everyday basis.

From Tools you can:

  • Create Email Templates

  • Send Broadcast Email (if a Dealer Admin in your dealership account has not excluded your access to this function)

In Tools, Manager Users would also have the ability to:

  • Create and edit Sales Processes

  • Use the Edit/Export Prospect information function

Settings

To the far-right of every screen is a Settings link.

Clicking the Settings link allows you to access the Settings page where you can:

  • Change your Web Control password and user profile information

  • Create Email Signatures

  • Set up your Cell Phone Text Forwarding

  • Set up your Auto Responder

  • Edit your User Defined Settings

Additionally, in the Settings page Manager Users in Web Control can:

  • Create and edit Auto Manager rules

  • Set user's Lead Delivery Hours

  • Edit dealership Business Hours

  • Use Manage Sales Status to create new Status folders

  • Add new User Defined Sources
