Web Control allows you to chat immediately with Support personnel.

To the bottom of every screen in Web Control is a chat icon.

This allows you to send requests and ask Support questions quickly and easily.

Clicking the chat icon will allow you to see your previous requests and conversations with Web Control Support.

Click on an old thread to review your previous conversations.

Click the New conversation button to generate a new question or request.

Before submitting a new message to support, you can search Web Control Help Center.

A new tab will open in your browser with suggested Help articles.

In the messaging area below, type your request or question and click the arrow icon to send to Support. 

Once your request has been sent, clicking the X icon to the bottom will minimize the chat window. 

Replies to your questions and requests will generate a Reply alert above the chat icon.

Use the Reply window to send a response to Web Control Support.

Or hover over the Support reply and:

  • If satisfied, click the X icon to close this dialog.

  • Click View More 

  • o view your the entire conversation.

Managing Multiple Conversations and Requests 

While viewing a conversation with Support, to the top of the messaging area, click the back arrow.

This will allow you to review previous chats and requests to support and to begin a New conversation.
