If a prospect requests to not be contacted at a certain phone number, you can mark the number as Do Not Call. When you mark a phone number as Do Not Call, it is no longer visible from the Prospect Details page.

To mark a phone number as Do Not Call:

  1. Open a Prospect record.


2. In the Name section, view the listed phone numbers.

3. Click the phone receiver icon next to the number you want to mark as Do Not Call.

4. Click OK to the prompt.


The number selected will be listed as Do Not Call.

A new note is added to the History section of the Prospect Details.
