Automated and Broadcast Emails include a message to Prospects with instructions on how to opt out of receiving and future marketing emails.  If a Prospect unsubscribes via this method, Web Control will automatically opt the Prospect out.

If a Prospect expresses interest in being opted out without Unsubscribing via these instructions, users in Web Control can manually opt-out Prospects via Prospect Records.

Click the letter icon beside an email address.

The Prospect will be opted out of any future Broadcast and Automated Emails.  In the record, the Prospect's email address will be crossed out.

A Note will be added to the History section of the Prospect Record with information on the opt-out.

NOTE:  This only opts a Prospect out of receiving Broadcast and Automated Emails.  You can still manually send the Prospect emails by clicking the Send Email link to the top of the Prospect Record.
