Prospect records contain a Company field to assist with the tracking of prospects purchasing for businesses and for recording the employment of the customer for credit purposes.

Adding Prospects with Company Information
When adding prospects, the Prospect Entry screen contains a Company Name field.

Note:  When adding prospects, First and Last name fields are required fields to proceed from the Prospect Entry screen.

Company Information in Prospect Records
In prospect records, Company information will be listed beneath the prospect name.

Company Information in the Main Prospect Screen
When Company information has been saved to a prospect record, this information will appear in parenthesis wherever the prospect is located in the Main Prospect Screen.

Adding Company Information to Prospect Records
Existing prospect records can be edited to add Company information.

Company Search
In the Quick Search menu, Company Name is an option to select.

Within Advanced Search, Company is a field to use for querying for various aspects of the prospect record.
