In the middle of the Main Prospect Screen, the Prospect listing page will contain all prospects needing a response.

  • Prospects who have submitted new Internet Leads.

  • Existing Prospects who have submitted a new Internet lead where the lead has matched with the record.

  • Prospects who have emailed back.

  • Prospects who have generated a Read Receipt.

  • Prospects whose emails have bounced back as bad/undeliverable.

  • Prospects who have a Want List Match (for dealerships with Enhanced Inventory).

  • Prospects who are still in a status of New.

The Prospect Listing Area of the Main Prospect Screen serves as a temporary Inbox of prospects needing a response.

Once prospects in this area have had the most recent email, Read Receipt, Undeliverable Note, Internet Lead and Want List Match reviewed, the prospect will move out of the Prospect Listing Area and reside in the status folder in which the salesperson had placed the prospect.

Prospects who are New Internet Leads and which are in the status of New will need to be opened and responded to - thus moved out of the status of New - in order to be removed from the Prospect Listing Area.

In order to keep up with all new responses and Internet leads, salespeople should strive to keep the Prospect Listing Area as clean as possible - responding to all new Prospects in this area first thing in the morning and working throughout the rest of the day to respond to any new leads and responses.
