Personal Email are emails received from addresses not contained within Prospect Records in Web Control.  These can be emails received from managers, co-workers, family, friends, and even Prospects who have emailed from a different address than is within Prospect Records.

It's advisable to view your Personal Email on a daily basis to ensure nothing important is missed.
