Prospect Records in Web Control will contain all contact information and all correspondence and notes between the dealership and Prospects.

The top left of a record contains all contact information - name, address, phone numbers, email address.

The top middle of a record contains Vehicle and Trade information.  For dealers with Enhanced Inventory, Inventory VOI and Want List information would also be listed here.

The bottom middle contains information on the Dealership (which can be changed by Manager with Super User access to multiple stores) and Sales Rep (which can be changed by Manager Users).

To the top right will be information on the Status the prospect is in, the Type of prospect it is, and the Advertising/Lead Source from where the Prospect originated.  Dealerships with the Advanced Package of Web Control will also have a Showroom Status area to mark a prospect In Dealership and Showroom Sales Steps to check off.

To the bottom of records, the History section contains all emails sent and received and all notes added to the prospect record.  Click on a subject line to review the History item.
