Tabs to the top of Prospect records allow you to navigate to different areas associated with the Prospect:
Prospect - allows you to review the details of the Prospect Record.
Future Actions - all open follow ups scheduled for the Prospect.
Inventory - to view dealership Inventory vehicles. (Requires Web Control Inventory add-on)
Sales - to view the previous sold information on the Prospect (Requires Web Control Advanced package).
Action icons to the top allow you to:
Call - record a phone call note within a Prospect Record.
Send Email - send a Prospect an email.
Send Letter - print and send a letter.
Add Note - add a General or Meeting note from discussions with a Prospect.
Schedule Action - schedule a follow-up activity with a Prospect.
Above Status, the Edit, Forms and Print Menus allow you to:
Edit - for updating contact information, merging duplicate records and deleting records (applicable only for Manager Users with Delete Prospect permissions)
Forms (if applicable) - for generating dealer specific forms from Prospect Records.
Print - for generating Web Control standard forms from Prospect Records.
