The "clocks" on new Internet leads in Web Control for the purpose of Average Response Reports begins when a New Internet lead arrives in Web Control during your dealership Business Hours.

The "clock" will run until the salesperson in Web Control sends a response.

"Clock stopping" actions in Web Control are:

  • Email Sent

  • Cell Phone Text Forwarding Response

  • Phone Call Note saved

  • Meeting Note saved

Note: Not all OEM's will accept these responses as "clock stoppers."  Please refer the OEM Clock Stopper article for a list of accepted Web Control actions per OEM.
