It is Freightos’s policy to comply with all applicable U.S., EU, and UN sanctions laws, regulations, and orders.

As such, transactions cannot be with anyone on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the European Union Consolidated Financial Sanctions List, or the United Nations Security Council Consolidated List, nor will we facilitate transactions including Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, or the Crimea, the Donetsk People's Republic, and the Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine.

We appreciate your patience in this matter.
