Using the Help Centre

If you're already logged into the WebContractor portal, you'll have access to our help center. You can find this in the bottom right hand corner of the screen:

In the help center, you have three main options:

  1. If you have a question, just starting to send our support team a message.

  2. You can check older or pending messages you have with the support team.

  3. You can check our help articles to find answers to common questions, and learn more about how to use the WebContractor portal.

Help articles are split into three general areas: those for contractor users, those for subcontractor users, and general articles that apply whether you're a contractor or subcontractor:

Getting in contact the old fashioned way

You may not be at your computer, or maybe you just prefer emails or calls, if so can still contact our support team via our email: support@webcontractor.com, or our phone line: 020 3838 0303 - chose option 1.
