WebContractor has implementing the use of Multi Factor Authentication. It is a common practice for everyday applications such as personal banking or shopping online and is very easy to use. Multi-factor authentication, or MFA, makes your WebContractor account more secure.

Previously, you only needed to enter your username and password to access your account. With MFA, you will also need to provide another piece of information that only you know (One Time Code).

Multi Factor Authentication of MFA is optional for Contractors (only if they have 'Single Sign on' enabled) and is mandatory for Subcontractors.

Note :- From the last release the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) has changed slightly

By default WebContractor will use your email and send you the One time Code, however you can select β€˜Send Authentication Code via SMS’ As displayed below to trigger the send of the code to your mobile phone.
