Introduction
This customer card type feature allows you to customize the card view based on the type of customers you have, such as leads, suppliers, or partners. This can be particularly useful in tailoring your CRM to better suit your business needs.
Let's dive in to see how it works!
Step 1: Accessing the Configuration Menu
To start, you need to navigate to your configurations. This is where you can manage all the settings related to your CRM.
Step 2: Navigating to the Features Section
Next, head over to the 'Features' section. This is where you can enable or disable various features of your CRM.
Step 3: Enabling the Setting Type
Scroll down until you find the 'Organisation settings type' section and enable it.
Don't forget to save your changes before you leave this page!
Step 4: Customising the Card View
Now, go back to the 'Customer' section. Here, you can customise the card view based on the type of customer. For instance, if you're dealing with a supplier, you can customise the card view to show only the relevant information for suppliers, etc.
Step 5: Editing the Setup
In order to do this, click on 'Actions' and then 'Edit Setup' to start customising the card view. You can choose which fields to display and which ones to hide.
Note! Remember, the goal here is to make the card view as relevant and useful as possible for each type of customer.
Once you're happy with the changes, click 'Save'. You can then go back and see the changes in action.
Did You Know? You can customise the card view for each type of customer. This means you can have a different card view for leads, suppliers, and partners!
