If you have a datafilter in your Overview that you might want to change from time to time, you can use the Prompt User checkbox.

Everytime yoy show the Overview, a pop-up window will appear, where you can change the match value for the data fields marked with Prompt User.

You can mark as many data filters as you want, with Prompt User. For example you might want to change the Responsible or the date field in some Overviews from time to time.

Choose the wanted match value - in the above example it's the Responsible for the Organisations showed on the list - and click Apply to show the results of the Overview.
