Connect your Google account with webCRM by clicking on your initials in the top right corner and choose External Credentials Settings:
Here you can choose between Google and Exchange. Choose Google and Sign in with Google:
Note: Make sure to allow webCRM to synchronize your calendar and send e-mails from your Gmail account, se picture below.
The red marked checkbox allows webCRM to access and synchronize your calendar.
The green checkbox allows webCRM to send e-mails from your Gmail. These checkboxes are mandatory, if you want to send e-mails from webCRM and synchronize your calendar.
After connecting your account, you have to choose what you would like to activate:
For Email: if you want to send out emails from webCRM, you activate For Email. All emails are saved in webCRM and in Sent emails in Gmail.
For Calendar: If you want to synchronize the webCRM calendar with your Google calendar, then you activate that here.
Remember to Save, and then you are good to go.
