Kanban view

In the Pipeline/Opportunity module, you can switch from the list view to kanban view by clicking on the button with columns in the top right corner of the list:

You will then see your pipeline levels in columns instead of on a list. You can drag and drop your deals from one level to another and quickly get an overview of where, in your pipeline, you need to focus.

On the top of each level/column you are able to see how many deals that are in this pipeline level, and how many of them are shows (10 of 11 in this case). You can also the the total value of the deals in this pipeline level.

In the bottom of each column, you can load more deals, if they are not all shown.

Dashboards

When you switch to the kanban view, you will see a small dashboard with 4 boxes at the top.

Budget

The first one shows how far you (the logged in user) are with your budget for the current month.

The large number shows the value of orders you have won this month, either as the responsible sales person or second responsible.

The small number in the bottom right corner shows the budget that is set for you, and the blue line indicates how close you are to that goal.

The budget can only be set by an administrator (level 99) and is done by clicking on the pencil in the budget box:

Here the sales responsible is chosen, then currency and then the amount for each month:

Average order value

The second box shows you the overall average order value per user chosen. It follows your filtering, so if you choose more than one user, it looks at the orders you have all won and then shows the average per sales person.

You can also see the average order value for the last seven months by hovering over each month/column:

Average win percentage

This value is calculated by the number of won opportunities this month divided by the number of all opportunities this month. It also depends on the responsible user(s) chosen.

In the bottom left corner, you can see the development from last month:

Development

The last box gives you a visual overview of the development in sales/revenue this month compared to last month (you are not able to see numbers here):
