Introduction

If you want to send a SMS directly from webCRM, you need to sign up to the service from CPSMS and integrate the service with webCRM. Remember to save the PDF documents with conditions and pricing. You can control the settings and options once you're submitted, including which type of messages you want to send out (mass sendings or individual sendouts), together with specifying which Template to use with your SMS.

Activate the SMS function

Go to Configuration --> Integration --> SMS and choose a provider.

Please read the PDF document with conditions and pricing for CPSMS and other providers, before activating the module. You can download the PDF by clicking on the name of the document.

You can choose which type of SMS you will send out (mass sendings, indivdual or both), and choose a template. You can create a template by using the template type SMS.

Send a SMS

When the SMS integration is activated og configurated, you can send SMS from most of the modules in webCRM.

Notice: The contactperson must have a phonenumber to be able to send SMS.

Notice: The country code should be in the phonenumber field for the SMS to get to the receiver. For example Denmark is +45.

You can change the senders name or number - the number must be of maximum 11 characters.

Write the SMS in the textbox to the left and choose a template from the drop-down list. You can choose to send the SMS right away, or schedule the sending for a specific time and date.

When ready, click the Send at the bottom of the window.
