To deny a user access to webCRM you have to change the User Access Level to 01: NO ACCESS.
Selection 01: NO ACCESS will still keep the history of that user. So you will still be able to see if this user updated an organization in the past in you webCRM system.
This means that the specific user can no longer access the system, but the user's history will still be accessible in the system and it will be possible to se what he / she has been responsible for. Therefore you have the possibility of reassigning what the previous user was responsible for to a new user and still keep the history on the entity.
To block a user, click Gear icon → Configurations → Users. Then click on the pencil next to the user you want to block.
Note: When a user is assigned 01: NO ACCESS, they no longer appeart on a user drop down list.
Note: A user with access level 01: NO ACCESS does not use a license in the system.
