It is possible to use Microsoft login for webCRM (Multifactor authentication)

Updated over a week ago

It is possible to log into webCRM, and thus use multi-factor authentication (MFA), with your Microsoft account.

If you activate this in your system, you will not be able to log in with Username and Password in the future and MUST use your Microsoft account.

It is activated under Configurations -> Main settings -> User settings

Here you have the option to deactivate "Login with password" (select "Nothing"), and users will no longer be able to log in with Username and Password.

However, it is still possible to save webCRM as a bookmark in one's browser (a direct link), so if it needs to be disabled to ensure that users log in with MFA every time, then "Log in directly" must also be disabled. This means that it is no longer possible to have webCRM saved as a bookmark.

Note: Be aware that if you deactivate "Log in directly", then webCRM's support will no longer have the opportunity to generate support links for your system and view it.

After this, it will only be possible to log into webCRM via "Log in with Microsoft" on the login page itself:
