Do you need to delete a number of customers, activities or other entities from your webCRM system?
It is important that you pay close attention to the type of data you want to delete. If it is activities, select data type "Activities", if it is opportunities/pipeline select data type "Pipeline" etc.
If you choose "Organisations" you will delete everything that belongs to these organisations (contact persons, opportunities, orders, everything)!
In this example, we need to delete customers/organisations. Once you have given the overview a name and selected the data type you will be given the option to set a filter. If you want a list of all organisations you have in the system you can leave the filter empty.
Otherwise you can set a filter so you only get the customers that you want to delete. For example a certain customer type:
Then you need to "Permit advanced actions" under the the tab "General":
To view the report click "Save" and then "Report". Then under "Actions" you can select "Delete result".
Again, be aware that if you have selected data type "Organisations" you will also delete EVERYTHING that belongs to these organisations.
BE AWARE! YOU CANNOT REGRET DELETING!
