As part of your MA (Marketing Automation) flow you can create an activity in webCRM, when certain things happen. You just choose your WebCRM node and drag it into your flow:
In this example, we have made a birthday flow that sends a birthday email when it is a contact's birthday:
Depending on whether the recipient clicks on a link in the email or not, different activities are created in webCRM:
Here you can see the details about the activity "Birthday email opened" that will be created in webCRM, if the link is clicked:

As a part of the MA flow, we also add a tag to the contact ("Call about Apsis") when an activity is created in webCRM:
The tag can be seen in the bottom of the profile in Apsis:
This information is updated once per hour (so it won't happen right away!) and then an activity in webCRM will be created:
If you have activated notifications in webCRM, the activity responsible will then receive a notification, when the activity is created:
