Here you can see how you create an activity in webCRM as part of the MA flow in Apsis

Updated over a year ago

As part of your MA (Marketing Automation) flow you can create an activity in webCRM, when certain things happen. You just choose your WebCRM node and drag it into your flow:

In this example, we have made a birthday flow that sends a birthday email when it is my contact's birhtday:

Depending on whether the recipient clicks on a link in my email or not, different activities are created in webCRM - one is called "Code not clicked - follow up" and the other one "Birthday email opened":

Here you can see the details about the activity "Birthday email opened" that will be created in webCRM, if the link is clicked:

  • Activity type: Standard

  • Responsible user: Gurli Gris

  • Activity action: Ring ang. Apsis

As a part of my MA flow I also add a tag to the contact ("Call about Apsis") when an activity is created in webCRM:

The tag can be seen in the bottom of the profile in Apsis:

This information is updated once per hour (so it won't happen right away!) and then an activity in webCRM will be created:

If you have activated notifications in webCRM, the activity responsible will then receive a notification, when the activity is created:
