Find your favorites and recent items on the favorite button in the menu no matter where in webCRM you are.

You can always see your Recent items (last viewed) like customers, quotations, activities etc on the favorite icon (4 lines with a star) in the top menu no matter where in webCRM you are.

The recent items are updated automatically every time you look at or edit one of the entities in webCRM, and it will show the 10 most recent ones.

It will show a small card per activity, where you can - depending on the type of entity - find information about customer/organization name, type, status, pipeline level, order number, deadline and responsible.

In the same menu you can also see your favorites. Favorites are manually chosen by clinking on the star icon (Mark as favorite) on for example a customer, an activity or a report:

When you have done that, you can find it by clicking on the entity under Favorites:
