Backup of webCRM is possible point-in-time 1 week back. From there, backups will be taken once a week, undtil 1 month back in time. From 1 month we take 1 backup three months back in time.

If you need a restoration of your system, due to errors such as wrongly deleted data or mass modification of data, the restore is paid service.
