Backup of webCRM is possible point-in-time 1 week back. From there, backups will be taken once a week, up to 1 month back in time. After 1 month, we take 1 backup from 3 months back in time.
If you need a restoration of your system due to errors such as wrongly deleted data or mass modification of data, the restore is a paid service.
