Overview of the different modules in the activity view

  1. The Activity log

Here is the log as you know it, and the one that most user use in their daily work with activities. Here you can write notes about the customer and the activtity.

  2. The Organisation log - see more below.

  3. Details

The tab "Details" contains all the boxes with information and fields to be filled, that you were used to seeing together with the log. They now have their own tab, and the setup of this tab can be changed by an administrator (see below in this article).

  4. Write in the log - see more about Daily use here

  5. Latest updates

Below the log field itself you can see the latest update, and here it will show older log inputs and if anything has been changed on the activity.

In the example below you can see that the description has been changed last week (from "Husk at ringe til Per" to "Call Per from Jevi"), and the newest update the date has been changed from "05-07-2022" (the field is crossed out) to "14-07-22". Furthermore one of the tags have been because the action changed from "Call" to "Follow up".

Organisation log

If you change to the tab Organisation log, you can see certain changes made on the organisation itself - eg. if fields are changed (not custom fields) whether a quotation has been created or maybe a support case.

Here you can get a complete overview over what has happened on the customer/organisation, no matter what entity it is concerning.

Customer information

In the right side you can see customer information like name, address, webpage and phone number. If you would like to edit the organisation or the contact person, you can do so by clicking on the pencil next to the name.

Furthermore you can see the standard fields like "Responsible", "Date", "Type" and "Action", which you can also change here.

Edit the setup

Read more about how you can edit the activity setup here.
