How to start your data import

Start your import

When you are sure that you have selected all the correct options, we recommend that you review them all once more!

WARNING: Any updates made to existing data in your system cannot be undone. If you are in any doubt about the implications of the options you have selected then you should STOP HERE and contact Support to discuss.

To set the import running, click Begin import.

The import will then be put in a queue to be processed. This will appear in the Status tab. The speed of the import will depend on the size of the data, and complexity of the import profile, and other jobs being processed. You can click Update status to get an estimated time for completion.

NOTE: you can browse away from this screen now and also log off completely if necessary. Your import will run and if you selected to be notified by email then you will receive an email when the job is complete.
