Do you want to be notified every time someone does an export of data from your system? Follow this guide where we go through the setup, of receiving an e-mail, once an export is being executed.

NOTICE: Only Users with accesslevel 99 can access this function.

Go to Configurations --> Users and choose the User, for which the function should be activated.

Click the pencil to the left of the User.

Scroll down to the field "Send email when export report" and choose Enabled. Scroll back to the top of the page and click Save.
