Enable or Disable data fields within modules

Updated over a week ago

Let's take a closer look at the possible data fields within each module of the system. You can show or hide most system fields across the modules in webCRM.

This is especially useful for ensuring that only the fields you need to use are shown onscreen for you and your users to view and populate.

You can scroll through each module and mark each field with a simple Enable or Disable option.

NOTE: Changes take effect immediately after you click Save.

If you have activated Configuration groups, you will see an extra Drop-down list option on the top of the page. This allows you to define which fields you want to hide and show for certain user groups.

You choose the wanted user group and add the options for this group. Click the 'Save' button before continuing to the next user group.

This is usually used if you have completely different teams or departments in the company that work with different areas of your business. Eg. there might be some data fields that a certain team is not supposed to have access to.
