A walkthrough of the License page in webCRM

Updated over a week ago

On this page you have an overview of all the details of your License version together with current number of Users. To find the page go to Configuration → License.

You will have the opportunity to read the license subscription terms and conditions as shown below:

Current user count: this is the number of active Users currently set up

Current maximum users: the total number of active Users you are licensed to have

Maximum Users note: You can select a new, higher maximum if you need more active Users. If you select a new value from the drop down, you must click Save to upgrade the license count.

WARNING: if you increase the number of Maximum users, you will initiate an automatic invoice to cover the additional cost of your Users, pro rata for the remaining subscription period. Payment is required immediately.

If you decrease the Current maximum Users, then at the beginning of the next subscription period, you will be charged for the new (lower) maximum number.

NOTE: decreasing the Current maximum Users count will take immediate effect.

License Type shows which one of the three licenses you have: Standard, SMB or Enterprise.

You can see more details of the included modules and pricing here:

If you wish to upgrade your license, you can do so by selecting a new license from the License Type drop down list.

NOTE: Upgrading from Free trial to Standard or SMB license will confirm the order of your system for the number of Users you have specified in Maximum users.

Please ensure that all the Company information is completed so that we can address your invoice appropriately.

If you add a valid VAT number then you will not be charged VAT.
